Indoor Marigold Flower Garden

French Marigold {Tagetes patula} is a beautiful, easy to grow, edible flower. The flavor of the petals have been compared to a sweet musky aroma with citrus peel notes. The flowers are great used fresh in salads, sandwiches and soups or even in rice to add color. Marigolds are long bloomers. To encourage more flowering, pinch off old blooms.
